Personality:

Xingke is a headstrong and willful individual whose entire personality is shaped by his devotion to his Empress. Sincere, honorable and charismatic, it is said that he possesses both the intelligence of Lelouch and the strength of Suzaku. However, despite all this intelligence, he still manages to retain a mild streak of recklessness, one that usually emerges when his Empress, Tianzi, is involved.

It would not be entirely inaccurate to say that everything he does is for the welfare of both his ruler and his country. Xingke has devoted his entire life to them ever since his fateful encounter with Tianzi six years prior to the series's beginning. When she showed a rare compassion for his supposed crimes and spared his life, he decided then and there that he would give all that he was for her and her desires.

One of these desires was to see the outside world. When she told Xingke of this, he swore on the spot to one day bring her to the outside world despite knowing she would never officially be allowed out. It became apparent at that moment that he was willing to defy both law and all odds against him just to see Tianzi's wishes granted. A reason for this might have been because of his illness.

Xingke was suffering from a terminal illness that would very soon claim his life and perhaps it was because of this illness that some of his actions seemed hasty or impulsive. While others seemed concerned for his well being, Xingke in turn never showed any concern or serious regret at having so little time in this world. Instead, he only lamented that he might not live long enough to keep his promise to his empress, showing him to be a rather selfless individual whose priorities were never centered around himself. Instead, every fiber of his being had been given to the girl who had saved his life.

Upgrades:

• Offense: The stat used for attacks, a weapon with a high offense stat can deal more raw damage. Attacks from an offensive weapon are therefore more painful.
  
• Electric: Causes the weapon to crackle with electricity. Weak against Earth, strong against Wind.
• Dual Wielding: The Player can wield two Weapons at once if one of them has this ability. Even if both Weapons have the Dual-Wielding ability, the Player is still only able to wield two.
• Last Stand: Offensive and defensive power triples if Player is near-defeat.
• Unaware: Select one Boost Ring equipped by the opponent's Weapon. It is deactivated for the duration of the battle.
